Service and information tool

Our support desk professionals are at our clients’ disposal for any question they may have about their business. It does not matter whether it is a technical, practical or legal issue. It can be a question on your charter party, bill of lading or a legal matter. Our support desk professionals are there to answer all questions. We have the intelligence and database to assist and provide information.
 

Management tool

As a management tool our Support Desk are keeping underwriting and claims professionals more focused on their core competences; it enhances the risk management skills that we can provide and it supports the management of the client relation.
